Olivia, une nouvelle amie? / Olivia, a new friend?

We had some friends over for supper last Friday and LP made a new friend: Olivia... or at least we think they're friends. They were both so serious!! LP usually jumps towards other babies and tries kissing/bitting them, especially at swimming classes, but I think he was intimidated by Olivia. ;) Maybe he wasn't interested because she wasn't wearing a swimming suit??? Well, I think Olivia had a bit of fun with the exersaucer that LP no longer wants to have anything to do with. The adults had more fun that night than the babies; LP even fell asleep at the supper table. Very nice of you LP, way to entertain company!
I'm not kissing her or even smiling, I'm just going to touch her shoulder for the picture...

Chapeaux originaux / Cool Hats

La famille deVink nous a rendu une petite visite jeudi après-midi dernier et Chloe et Gabe ont eu l'idée de faire des chapeaux avec les bols à mélanger... on a toujours du fun quand vous êtes ici!
The deVink family came over for a little visit last Thursday afternoon and Chloe and Gabe got original with the mixing bowls... it's always fun when you guys are around!!

Appelle-moi! / Call Me!

J'adore le téléphone. Je me pratique à l'utiliser et je crois que je m'en viens pas mal bon. Je pèse sur quelques boutons et ensuite je ronge l'antenne, ma bave aide avec la transmission des appels. Donc appellez-moi, si j'ai le goût, peut-être même que je vous racontrerai des belles histoires...
I love the phone. I'm practicing my phone skills and I think I have the hang of it now. I press some buttons then I chew on the antenna, my drool must help the transmission... So call me, I might even be in the mood to show you how well I can babble.

ps - Ne riez pas trop, je fais pousser mes cheveux et ils piquent vers le haut sur le derrière de ma tête... Maman me dit que ça va passer mais Papa me dit qu'il est jaloux.
ps - Don't laugh, I have a new hairdo, I'm growing it out and it sticks up at the back a little bit... Mom says it will pass but Dad says he's jealous.

Tu aimes les biscuits soda?

Louis-Pascal adore les buiscuits soda! Pas grand goût quand ils sont sans sel et garnitures, mais avec de la bave apparament que c'est bon!

Et Tache est l'aspirateur idéal... elle attend gentillement à côté de la chaise haute pour que quelques morceaux tombent à terre. Y'a quand même des avantages à avoir un nouveau bébé dans la maison!

Journée de tempête / Snow Day

Well on Wednesday AND Thursday, we had a snow day here in Fredericton, again. Gigi came over for some girl time with Chris on Tuesday night, and there was no way she was going back home in the middle of the storm, so she stayed until Thursday! It was nice... We would have kept her here until Friday, but we also had a power outage. Good old Maritime excitment! The power was out from 11pm on Wednesday, to around supper time on Thursday. Thursday morning, we decided it was too cold in the house for LP, so we packed up in JM's truck (Tache included) and went to Grand-papa and Grand-maman's house since they have any extra bed. A little vacation!

Here are a few pictures of snow day number one. As usual, JM is always concerned about giving Tache enough exercise, so he called us at home to make sure someone could take her out (even though there was a storm). So we decided to all go together and make some fun out of it. LP was bundled up and bundled up then laid in his car seat with blankets and blankets, then put on the only sled we had: JM's ice fishing sled, which worked great. Now the girls had to get dressed to go outside, Gigi not having brought anything really. So Gigi got Chris' stuff and Chris got JM's stuff... funny.

p.s.- And this is also post number 100!! Can you believe it?? Since the beggining of the blog, when we anounced we were pregnant, we've updated this thing 100 times. Time flies... And check out the old posts, quite funny looking back at events.
