It was nice knowing you Noir...

For those following the blog on a regular basis, you're probably wondering how Noir is doing. Well, JM and I have concluded that we are not a fish family. To keep them alive that is, bring on the sushi though.

Noir, Gaston, or whatever his name was, passed away very late Christmas Eve, predeceased by his roomy Popsicle a couple of weeks before. Probably due to a series of events that day. LP decided to feed him and dumped the entire can of food in the tank (classic). But then wanted to add rocks to the tank so dumped about 25 big rocks that he found in my plant pots. So water, or rather, stinky fish-food soup, was over flowing and I only wish I could have been there to see JM's reaction when he discovered LP after he was calling him because he couldn't get the cover of the can of fish food out of the tank.

JM did "save" Noir and cleaned up the tank back to normal... but it was probably too much action for one little fish in one day as we discovered him motionless at the bottom of the tank that evening.

It was nice to have you around for a few weeks Noir, hope you had a better life before you came here...

Anyone want a fish tank? Filter, thermometer, rocks and plastic plants included.
