Sold! / Vendu!

2 heures après notre dernier open house (lundi le 2), notre maison s'est vendu. C'est à condition, date limite le 13 juillet, mais c'est pas mal excitant. Un peu de va et vient entre certains offres d'achat, et la maison s'est vendu de façon à nous donner un beau gros profit et en plus, $20,000 par dessus le prix de demande. Very nice, surtout parcequ'on s'est essayé sans un agent immobilier. C'était un peu stressant vers la fin, mais on s'est bien débrouillé j'crois. Le marché à Saskatoon nous a permis de le faire de cette façon, et ça nous a vraiment aidé.
2 hours after our last open house (Monday the 2nd), our house sold. We'll it's conditionally sold, closing July 13, but it's pretty exciting. With a bit of bidding from a few offers at the end, the house finally with a nice big profit for us AND, $20,000 over the asking price. We were pretty excited since we went without a real estate agent as well. It was a bit stressful at the end, but we managed well I think. The market in Saskatoon made it easy for us to do it this way, and really put us in a nice position.

Donc le magasinage de maison à Guelph commence à être le fun. A date nous avons réservé un townhosue jusqu'au 13 juillet, pour ensuite faire un offre plus solid à ce moment. La propriété set présentement en construction, mais elle devrait être prêtre pour le mois d'octobre. Nous avons décidé c'aller avec cette achat car c'est nouveau tout en y déménager relativement tôt, car nous ne pouvont pas visiter la maison avant l'achat. Ca devrait aussi être un bon investissement avec l'endroit etc., donc nous espérons faire un autre profit lorsequ'on déménagera à nouveau dans 1.5/2 ans. Donc ce devrait être assez facile à court terme...
So the house shopping in Guelph has been fun. So far we have reserved a townhouse until July 13, where we hope to put in a solid offer at that point. The property is currently being built, should be ready for October. We decided to go with this new property while also being able to move in relatively soon, as won't have the chance to see it in person before we buy it, so this should be pretty safe. It's also a good investment with the location etc, so we hope to make another profit once we move again in 1.5/2 years. It should be very easy maintenance for something short term...which we look forward to!

Ah oui, et Christiane a eu un autre rendez-vous chez le médecin aujourd'hui... tout va encore très bien. la chaleur commence à être insupportable par contre, nous aimerions vraiment que ce petit poupon arrive bien vite... demain même! Avez-vous des trucks ridicules pour faire avancer le processus un peu plus vite??
Oh, and Chris had another doctor's appointment today... everything is still good. The heat is starting to become unbearable, and we're really hoping this little thing could just come tomorrow. Anycarzy tips on how to induce labour??
